Master Your Energy I:
TUNING IN TO YOU
Kick-off plus 8 weeks

Your will learn how to:

• Discover the root issues behind anxiety, depression, stress and what your body and mind need from you to heal--and you heal it.
• Tune into the subtle energy systems within you and around you, and clearly identify then shift what is not working for you.
• Amplify  your intuition, discernment, and sensory perception to access new resources and capabilities to improve your well-being and your relationships.
• Use archetypes to identify and heal areas of shadow.
• Learn how to turn high levels of sensitivity into your greatest asset
• Access and strengthen your relationship with the Divine source.
• Learn how to generate energy that serves your highest and best good--and the highest and best good of others.

OWNING & HONING YOUR POWER
Kick-off plus 8 weeks

You will build on your skills from Master Your Energy I to:

• Become even more adapt at identifying different types of energy and energy systems, and how to work with them
• Build your powers of trust, intuition, and discernment for more precise results
• Step into greater multi-dimensional perception without getting overwhelmed.
• Learn how to heal and shift energy dynamics in a room.
• Use your growing abilities for deeper tending to emotional wounding.
• Deepen your work with the god of your heart in more nuanced ways.
• Tune deeper into the subtle energy systems between you and other people--learn to reset them for the greater good.
• Learn the foundations of working with physical issues energetically--support your own physical healing (and that of others).
• Learn the art of Sourcing and pre-paving.
• Understand your role and purpose in consciousness evolution.

Master Your Energy III:  BEING EVOLUTIONARY
12 weeks
This series is designed for people who have a solid skillset in energy mastery and are interested in taking consciousness expansion, spirit work, and energy transformation to the next level. We will spend 12 weeks opening to even greater levels of mastery and directing this evolutionary practice to enhance your work, a special project, a vision for your future, or your mission as a leader.
You know the value of the tools and skills you've gained in the Master Your Energy series. Let's continue to expand them as we put them to good use out in the world. Over 12 weeks you will define one or more missions or a projects, and put them into motion.
 Available to those who have taken MYE I & II or by application.

Every Master Your Energy Series includes:

• Personal kick-off session with Susan: 30 minutes. Happens before your series begins.
• Live sessions: These are also recorded so you can watch/listen again
• For Group Series--An additional private 1-1 sessions for focused work on specific to you issues or questions
• Access to a resource and assignment portal for session recordings, audio and video exercises, and to-dos to expand your consciousness and build your energy muscles between sessions
• The ability to email or text Susan directly if you have questions.
