As a seasoned energy healing practitioner, transpersonal hypnotherapist, and mindset coach, I am here to support your journey toward balance, clarity, and profound transformation.

My approach gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation—allowing the mind to quiet and the body to release tension—so you can access a light trance state where deep, multidimensional shifts can occur. This work extends beyond the energetic realm, creating tangible changes in your physical reality and overall well-being.

• Change false or unhelpful beliefs that you are aware and unaware of (subconscious) that negatively impact your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. 
• Heal trauma-related emotions and nervous system patterns in the body that my be undermining your clarity and power.
• Tend to and alchemize the energy and energetic habits in your body linked to these beliefs to bring about positive change--and open your access to optimal functioning, what I like to call :full-on" you..
• Vitalize your mind-energy-body-spirit foundation so that you are in the driver's seat of your energy, your choices, your life.​
• Apply these modalities to heal and transform other areas of your life.

Whether you're new to energy healing or well-acquainted with it, each session is uniquely tailored to your needs. Through a combination of intuitive guidance and powerful techniques, we identify and dissolve energetic blocks, restoring harmony and alignment. After each session, we’ll collaborate on practical steps and integration strategies to sustain your momentum between sessions.
