In this 90-minute Live Group Zoom Session Susan will guide you to relaxation through light hypnosis techniques and gentle threads of energy healing. We'll begin with some simple instructions and end with time for feedback, sharing, questions and guidance you can follow beyond the session. This is a Group Session. In this 100-minute phone or zoom session Susan will help you get to the root of what's keeping you from deep restorative sleep, release it, and then fall into greater relaxation and calm--in mind, in body, in emotion, and energy. . We'll begin with some simple guidance and then all you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and listen. It's recommended that you schedule this session at a time where you could drift into a nap or sleep if you felt like it afterwards.
