Is sleep alluding you? Join me for a two-part healing clinic designed to help you soften your nervous system, release energy that is not yours—including any “machine” energy, and drop out of over active brain working into a calm, drifting, relaxed state. We’ll do some stress tending, release undermining mind-energy patterns, and spend time in a safe relaxed light trance state designed to help your mind and body drift into serenity—and sleep. This class is held in conjunction with Datza Studio in Seattle.

You’ll leave class feeling calm and like something has shifted, with easy tools and practices you can use every in your everyday life, plus a meditation/hypnosis recording you can keep and listen to at home to invite sleep in. The series culminates with an hour-long sleep journey you can attend from your home. This will be held the evening of March 30.
