I am excited to be co-creating and co-facilitating a new innovative and synergistic 8-9 day spiritual retreat and group journeyn November 2023, bringing together energy healers, Ancestral Spiritual Servers, psychics, and skillful teachers in one of the most powerful energy centers on the planet. The healing waters of the tropical sea, Mayan ruins, and sacred cenotes all provide an amazing healing environment. Our expert guides will bring you to magical sites and hidden chambers in the Riviera Maya (all photos here are real and not photoshopped), while our teachers and trainers will offer practical tools and guided meditations to help you develop spiritually. By the end of an awe-inspiring week, the guided meditations and energetic tools offered will help you live more fully in alignment with your highest purpose, effortlessly and with increased synchronicity. Our retreat will coincide with the 11:11 portal, an opportunity to realign our paths with purpose. This retreat will emphasize strengthening our connection with the Universe, expanding our inner vision, living a mystical life, learning authentic Ancestral cultural teachings, engaging the body’s vitality through Qi Gong, enhancing our psychic abilities, finding our path with astrology, and manifesting our dreams into reality. Soothing Sleep:
Mind & Energy Healing Practices to Drift to Sleep
Coming Spetember 2023, 7 pm – 9 pm; plus special hour-long sleep journey March 3o :: In partnership with Datza Studio, Seattle

Is sleep eluding you? Join me for a two-part healing clinic designed to help you soften your nervous system, release energy that is not yours—including any “machine” energy, and drop out of over active brain working into a calm, drifting, relaxed state. We’ll do some stress tending, release undermining mind-energy patterns, and spend time in a safe relaxed light trance state designed to help your mind and body drift into serenity—and sleep. This class is held in conjunction with Datza Studio in Seattle.

You’ll leave class feeling calm and like something has shifted, with easy tools and practices you can use every in your everyday life, plus a meditation/hypnosis recording you can keep and listen to at home to invite sleep in. The series culminates with an hour-long sleep journey you can attend from your home. This will be held at a TBD date in September.
