I've been fortunate to work with a wide variety of amazing clients and students--brilliant, compassionate individuals who know there is more to themselves and the world we live in but haven't known how to tap in and learn more. This has led to suffering and blocks that at a certain point becomes too much to ignore and chose to do something about--once and for all. Below is small sampling of some of the kinds of people I work with and the work we do together. Every story shared here was cleared with the featured client before publishing. I did however change their names and use stock images to maintain privacy.
Daniel’s Story:
"I'm never good enough" to Totally Adored for All He is, As He Is
A traumatic childhood had left Daniel haunted by anger and grief. He put on a happy face and was the guy who always helped other people, putting his own needs and desires on hold.
He always felt behind, unable to “catch up” with his peers, and in a state of stress and comparison even with those who he helped. While he had friends, he could not hold an intimate relationship for any stretch of time because he never felt good enough.
A transpersonal approach to hypnosis and energy healing helped us tend to Daniel’s trauma and anger, and rewire his mind and energy systems to serve his “highest and best good”—something he was able to determine clearly for himself. He discovered that while he was very caring and loving, he had a need to be needed—and felt he wasn’t lovable if he wasn’t “doing” something for others. In our work together, he was able to see his own value, which healed a tremendous amount of grief--and how to see, sense, and discern energy and master it within and around himself—and in his interactions with others.

Evie came to me wanting to gain greater focus and power for her own healing and mystic practice. She had relied on crystals and in her words “things” to help her direct energy, but understood that she would probably get even better results by owning and honing her own mind and energy as she used these tools.
After I noticed an energy block in her headspace in our first session. Evie revealed that she suffered from migraines. She had lived with them for so long and had "tried everything already" so it wasn't even on her radar that we might be able to do something about it. When I asked her if she was open to trying, she said why not? We used a combination of hypnosis and energy healing and I taught her tools of self-hypnosis and energy mastery to use on her own. After working with me for 12 weeks Eve healed herself of migraines and amped up her personal connection to source consciousness and her “sourcing” abilities in amazing ways, tripling her income. The process helped her to see places where she was blocking life force energy, “giving her power away” unintentionally or unconsciously, and helped her take greater ownership for her innate “super powers”.

Xi has always seen, felt, and known things other did not. As a kid he was told he was too sensitive, even crazy. He grew up in a highly academic family that discounted anything that wasn’t “proven by data” as Xi says. He was put down, demonized, bullied because people were scared by his accuracy and his ability to cut through to the truth. As a result he shut his abilities down and (literally and figuratively) lost his voice.
He came to me because his sensory perception was getting hits that were so strong he could not ignore them any longer. He was overwhelmed and felt lost because he had tuned himself to others expectations and opinions over his own. Together we worked on mastering his energy and extended perception so that he could stand strong in his truth while objectively observing and considering the opinions of others. In his words, “I don’t want to discount what other people think or feel even if I think it’s wrong. That’s what was done to me and it's soul killed. I want to be able to be fully in who I am without fear and allow others to do the same.” Xiaa also mastered the art of discernment and setting boundaries in ways that build healthy connections. Now he is a successful reader and healer.

Maya was having terrible periods that lasted weeks and gave her tremendous pain. She was under a medical doctor’s care for medication, but she decided to try hypnosis and energy work for pain relief. She was worried something might be seriously wrong and she would not be able to have children.
After the first session, we found the root trauma and recent events that had brought the trauma to surface in this way. In recognizing it tending to it the pain eased. After 4 energy/journeying sessions working in deep hypnotic conversation with her body and feminine energy, her pain stopped and the bleeding subsided.

Cassandra’s Story:
Over-caring & Fawning to Compassionate, Conscious Leader
Cassandra has a huge heart and a desire to make people happy. The shadow part of this for her was what we identified as an addiction to people-pleasing—often at her own expense. If she could know that she had helped someone else, then she could neglect some of the deeper things within herself that needed tending too. Sometimes that translated to putting herself down to “help other people feel better about themselves” or ignoring her own health and life needs even as she was caring for other’s in ill health. Her whole life she had taken on the role of care-taker or service provider, yet something was calling her to create something of her own. Cassandra had genius ideas about leading a healthcare movement and being an activist for those without a voice but had not been able to fully stand up for herself.
In just a few sessions Cassandra was able to turn that around, expanding her huge heart to include herself. Together we rewire the energy systems within her and around her to shift her out of total giver mode (which was draining) to embrace energetic reciprocity (meaning she could receive support and energy too). She ended up leaving a marriage that could not support her full energy and genius, moved to a new city, and found a healthcare employer who valued her experience and ideas so much they hired Cassandra as in a transformation management role.

They stopped smoking and eradicated the “addiction energy” they had been unconsciously running since they were a child.
In the process they took radical ownership of their emotions. developed amazing discernment, and opened into deeper connection with their personal spiritual beliefs. All of this helped them start using their true voice more—to ask for what they need, to express themselves in relationships, whether to set better boundaries or speak more honestly and deeply about feelings, attraction, and love. Last I spoke to Rochelle, they had healed a relationship with an old friend, were happily spending time with two "hotties"' and had gotten a promotion at work.

Jae is an incredible musician, but a lifetime of anxiety, poor confidence, and fear had kept him from playing, collaborating and performing with other musicians. It had also kept him from making deep friendships and love relationships. In our initial free consultation we talked a bit about it and I learned he was terrified he would make a mistake, f-something up, be viewed as a problem. He struggled deeply with shame and rather than try and make connections with others he retreated to his apartment and lost himself in music. "It's the only thing that makes sense to me."
And so, drawing on my own background in music and performance, we started working together using sound, diving deep into the caves within that he was scared to look at alone and then sounding the experience--using his own beautiful voice to express and exhume what he had no words for, and then more intentionally using the power and vibration of music in his day-to-day life and interactions to build bridges, create harmony within himself an others.. Through hypnosis and energy medicine work we tended to the deep wounding and trauma, and through the voice and through music he further healed and found that the language of music was his ally--not something to perform, but a means of connection and communication.What came through was his own brilliant poetic voice--a melodious way of speaking and expressing from the depth of his heart. Allowing himself to open this way called in numerous other artistic and sensitive folks and after 18 weeks of consistent work, he had joined two music projects with goals to perform, was having fun with a group of like-minded friends and associates, and had started dating someone.
