 Experience the combined power of hypnosis and spiritual energy healing to soothe and soften your nerves, help dissolve stress, and help you relax out of tension and anxiety.

Licensed hypnotherapist and energy healing practitioner Susan DuMett leads you in a healing session designed to help you release stress and experience healing at the root of your anxiety, tension, taxed nervous system and experience calm within yourself.

Through the modalities she uses helped her to heal her own overtaxed nervous system and adrenals and fully recover from a lifetime of severe stress.

With this guided session you will:
• Soften and soothe your nervous system
• Relax your muscles
• Tend to specific areas in your body that hold tension
• Identify energy that is not yours and begin to release it
•Work with different kinds of energy to tend to what your body needs
• Take away new methodologies for tending to stress and burnout
• Leave feeling more relaxed and at ease

Susana DuMett is passionate about helping people rise out of old systems and suffering to experience the liberation of their spirit, tap in to their personal genius, and realize their dreams. She is the founder of Aurora Evolution, a personal and collective healing and empowerment practice founded on a unique mix of etheric and strategic principles. These include: energy medicine, emotional intelligence, meditation, hypnotherapeutics, leadership coaching, voice work, mysticism, conscious communication, and organizational change. She weaves these elements into a seamless holistic transformation and expansion experience aligned with the specific needs and unique visions of her clients.
 
In addition, Susana is an experienced writer and editor, and also an operatic vocalist who regularly records and performs. Her love of words and sound informs her voice empowerment and conscious communications coaching. She firmly believes that our true voices (both inner and outer) offer intrinsic medicine for our relationship to self and others--we just need to know how to tune in..

Susana works globally but has called the pacific northwest home for years, giving her the opportunity to live in nature while working with culturally and spiritually diverse clients across a myriad of industries and communities including art, technology, health and wellness, travel, media, and others.  Her mission is to help as many people as possible live in greater harmony with themselves, so they can live in greater harmony with each other, and the natural world.
